Re-Use Italy Competition

                              Re-Use Italy Competition
Our project presents a visionary approach to preserving and showcasing the historic Thermae Ruins while minimizing physical intervention. Through the introduction of a seamlessly integrated 3D experiential bridge, visitors can explore the site from various perspectives without compromising its delicate remains.
The bridge's organic form, derived from the natural curves of the site, fosters a harmonious connection between modern intervention and historical context. With differing heights allowing for appreciation of distinct layers of the ruins, the bridge enhances the overall experience.
Visitors are welcomed into the heart of the ruins, where a gallery space reminiscent of Roman architecture offers insights into the site's rich history.
By carefully integrating the bridge experience with the existing landscape, our project seeks to protect and celebrate the Thermae Ruins with profound respect for their heritage and significance.
